Delivery & Returns

Delivery

  • Delivery to all Emirates within 1 to 3 working days.
  • Orders placed before 9:00 PM are processed on the same day.
  • Working days are from Sunday to Thursday.
  • Delivery fee: 30 AED.
  • Remote areas: 45 AED.

Returns

  • Products are non-returnable, especially perfumes.
  • Clothing: If you wish to return an item, it must not have been washed.
  • If you receive a product due to an error on our part, it will be returned.
